At Sustainability 101, we strive to provide exceptional skill-based training programs, workshops, bootcamps, practical resources, and expert sessions. To that end, we have established a comprehensive refund policy to address any concerns or dissatisfaction that may arise.

1.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for participants who have registered and paid for any of our programs, workshops, or bootcamps. To be eligible for a refund, participants must submit a written request via email to Info@sustainability101.in within the specified timeframes outlined below.
1.2. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must include the participant’s full name, contact information, the name of the program or workshop, and the reason for the refund request. Requests will be reviewed and processed within 10-15 business days.
2. Refund Timeframes
2.1. Workshops and Bootcamps

Full Refund: Requests made at least 20 days before the start date of the workshop or bootcamp.

Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between 14 to 7 days before the start date.

No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days before the start date.
2.2. Training Programs and Courses

Full Refund: Requests made at least 30 days before the start date of the training program or course.

Partial Refund (75%): Requests made between 30 to 15 days before the start date.

Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between 15 to 7 days before the start date.

No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days before the start date.

2.3 Refund Timeline

Refunds once processed, will be credited to the customer's original source of payment in 7-8 business days.
3. Special Circumstances
3.1. Medical or Emergency Situations

Participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund in cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent attendance. Documentation may be required.
3.2. Program Cancellations

If Sustainability 101 cancels a program, workshop, or bootcamp, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another equivalent program.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
4.1. Materials and Resources

Fees for materials, resources, and any digital content provided as part of the program, workshop, or bootcamp are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
5. Additional Considerations
5.1. Transfer of Registration

In lieu of a refund, participants may request to transfer their registration to another individual or defer their participation to a future program. Such requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
5.2. Administrative Fees

A nominal administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. This fee will be clearly communicated to the participant at the time of the refund request.
