Abha Tewary

Independent Researcher
Climate Science Expert

Abha Tewary has more than 18 years of experience with the national government on issues of sustainable development, particularly in Climate Change.

She was involved in the implementation of national-level projects with the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt of India and has served in various committees of Govt of India and has been part of the Indian delegation for international negotiations on Climate Change at Marrakech and at Bonn. She holds a Master’s in Physics from IIT, Roorkee and a Master's in Climate Science and Policy from TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi.
