Rhea Bhansali
Rhea is passionate about water, climate, and sustainability, with a global journey and diverse skills. She holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Bangalore and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from the USA. As an Erasmus Mundus scholar, she completed a double master’s in Hydroinformatics and Water Management in Europe. Now, she excels in corporate research and consulting in the water and sustainability sectors. Rhea is also an avid runner, Crossfitter, and coding enthusiast, often enjoying Spanish coffee.
Nikhil Reddy
Nikhil is a current PhD researcher at ETH Zurich, is dedicated to advancing decarbonization technologies. He holds a master’s in Industrial Ecology from Leiden University and TU Delft, following his civil engineering degree. With a background in cleantech and pharmaceuticals, Nikhil has a strong interest in CO2 capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS). His current research, part of the EU Horizon-funded Carbon4Minerals project, focuses on the sustainability of CO2 use in construction products.
Dr. Ramana Gudipudi
With over 16 years of experience in industry, research, and public institutions. Currently, as Head of Sustainability at an enterprise SaaS company, I help large enterprises achieve their net-zero goals. I also teach at the Technical University Berlin and other MBA schools. I completed my PhD and postdoc at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, advising the EU and Indian governments on emission and resource efficiency. Previously, I was a Senior Advisor at the German International Cooperation, assisting with projects for Indian government.
Anshuman Singh
Anshuman's journey spans from botany to marketing to sustainability. Currently pursuing an M.Sc in Sustainability Transformation at ESSEC Business School, he merges his knowledge in Biology, Geography, Circular Economy, and Corporate Sustainability. An occasional writer simplifying complex sustainability ideas, Anshuman explores their intersection with various aspects of life. Engaged in a circular economy project at Colas, he also collaborates with the ESSEC startup studio, supporting impactful ideas and individuals.
Utkarsh Akhouri
Utkarsh is a climate finance professional specializing in commodities and environmental markets. He holds a master’s in Climate Change Management and Finance from Imperial College London and degrees in mining and financial engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He has worked on the EU's mineral and clean energy policy as a senior economist for a Vienna-based think tank. A published author, Utkarsh contributed to the Encyclopedia of Mineral Policy. He now focuses on carbon credits, low-carbon fuel, and nature-based solutions.
Dr. Biswaraj Ghosh
I have a substantial experience within the domain of corporate sustainability through my varied roles as a Management Consultant, a published Author and Researcher, Conference Presenter, International Talk Show Expert, Industry Trainer and Lecturer at internationally located Universities in the United Kingdom and Germany as well as a Career Mentor in the field of sustainability. I bring with me a fusion of experiences within sustainability, accounting and finance. I have worked at University of Derby, University of Nottingham, University of Kassel, NHS
