What is Environmental Credits?
Environmental credits are a market-based mechanism designed to incentivize and finance the reduction of GHG emissions.
Environmental credits are both green and carbon credits, issued to individuals, organizations or projects that prevent, reduce, or remove emissions from Environment.
Green Credit Programme (GCP) offers green credits for eco-friendly projects, carbon credits offer a means for companies to offset their carbon emissions and diminish their environmental impact.
These credits can then be bought by companies seeking to offset their emission footprint, enabling them to meet sustainability goals or regulatory requirements.
