About
A live, two-hour Sustainability 101 workshop with Pratiksha More to help you write a labour and human rights policy that goes beyond a general HR handbook or code of conduct. Explore how to cover employees, contract workers and value-chain stakeholders, identify material human rights issues, and turn commitments into measurable targets with named owners. We will work through human rights due diligence, governance, grievance mechanisms, non-retaliation and remediation, using the ILO conventions and UN Guiding Principles as reference points. Through group drafting and cross-review, you will work on a labour and human rights policy draft and a grievance mechanism clause. Take-home resources include a policy template, a salient issue screening matrix, a grievance clause bank and an evidence checklist. For HR, industrial relations, compliance and sustainability professionals working on labour and human rights policy gaps.
