Do I need prior ESG experience to attend?

No prior ESG experience is required. We start from fundamentals and build up to interview-level expertise. Many of our successful alumni came from completely different backgrounds like IT, finance, and operations.

What is the format of the workshop?

What if I'm too old to switch careers?

Our oldest successful career changer was 52. ESG values experience. A 45-year-old with 20 years of operations knowledge is MORE valuable than a 25-year-old with a certificate. You’re not “late”; you’re bringing maturity and business understanding into a growing field.

What if my background is completely unrelated?

Accepted Answer

There is almost always a bridge. In the workshop, we map common backgrounds such as IT, finance, HR, marketing, engineering, and academia to ESG-facing roles. You’ll identify your transferable skills and see specific pathways instead of a vague “career switch” idea.

How long does it realistically take to transition?

It depends on your starting point, but we help you build a 3–6 month roadmap instead of random trial-and-error. You’ll know what skills to build, what roles to target first, and what kind of projects or learning will move the needle fastest.
