A live, two-hour Sustainability 101 workshop with Pratiksha More to help you connect supplier screening, risk tiers and follow-up in a practical sustainable procurement policy. Learn how the policy differs from a supplier code of conduct, how to segment suppliers by spend, country and category risk, and how to set measurable coverage targets. We will work through escalation, corrective action, consequences for non-conformance and sustainability criteria in sourcing decisions, with reference to EcoVadis, CDP supply-chain and GRI requirements.
