Each group receives a real company's published environmental statement and rewrites it into a full policy with material topics, SMART targets and governance.

Take one real company (your employer, a client, or a listed company whose BRSR is public) and stress-test its published environmental policy against the eight-part anatomy taught in the session.
Submit a 1-page gap note plus the two rewritten clauses before the next session.

Pratiksha is an ESG and climate professional with 6+ years across GHG accounting, decarbonisation, climate risk and ESG performance previously an ESG Analyst at Deloitte's Sustainability & Climate Change practice. She has led end-to-end EcoVadis implementations for logistics and pharmaceutical clients (policies, procurement frameworks, supplier codes, GHG inventories and audit-ready evidence, taking a first-time client past a 55+ score), authored BRSR disclosures for BSE-listed companies, run a DJSI gap assessment for Adani Wilmar across 1,000+ data points, and is currently leading the 2025–26 Sustainability Report for Qatar Central Bank.
Her client work spans Tech Mahindra, Bureau Veritas, Adani Defence, Red Sea Global, Knight Frank, Sattva and Doha Insurance, and she has delivered executive ESG programmes to professionals from Standard Chartered, Coca-Cola, H&M, Infosys, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Wipro, HCLTech and HDFC AMC. She teaches all three days of this masterclass personally, start to finish, using the evidence, rejections and client conversations from that work rather than slideware.
