Expert: Devangana Tikku Devangana is an Engagement Manager, with Accenture Strategy's Sustainability division - and has strong experience across Sustainable Value Chains including decarbonizaition strategy, responsible sourcing, traceability and regulatory implementation with nearly a decade long experience in consulting. She has worked extensively acrossed industries to help companies develop their ESG stragegy. Prior to this, she completed her MBA from Indian school of business and her BSC from St. Stephen's college, Delhi university. Choosing how to respond requires both a knowledge of the science as well as an understanding of our policy options. This chapter gives a brief summary of these two aspects of the climate problem.
