The Part of Running Workshops I Don't Usually Share

Honestly, I don't share this often. But it's time people know: organizing even one workshop or a full-scale bootcamp is incredibly tough for me.

The days I think about giving up

Sometimes, I feel like giving up and joining the Big 4 or Big 3 - just being an ESG consultant for big companies. I know I have the skills for it.

It would be easier. A fixed salary, a known brand, someone else worrying about registrations, educators, platforms, and the hundred small things that go wrong before a single session begins.

What keeps me going

But every time I lose hope, many of you reach out to me on WhatsApp with such kind words about the Sustainability 101 bootcamps and workshops.

It makes me proud to be surrounded by the most amazing people - people who genuinely want to help, support my growth, and remind me I'm on the right path.

Every message lifts my spirits and keeps me pushing forward.

Thank you for keeping me going.

And if you've ever attended one of my workshops or bootcamps - your feedback and support mean the world to me. Every message lifts my spirits and keeps me pushing forward. Let's keep growing and making a difference together.
